Multi S FLEX is a high-precision, patented CNC Multi-Spindle Turning Centre.

It is the standardized version of the MULTI S Multi-Spindle Turning Centre, offering innovative solutions for the production of parts starting from bar stock, cut bar sections or blanked pieces.

It offers quick, flexible production changeovers, allowing the production of both small batches and large lots.

Configured with 6 to 8 stations, 5 to 7 for machining, each with an independent spindle. It can perform: turning, milling, drilling and interpolation on up to four axes. Diameters Ø 32 and Ø 52 mm can be machined with 8 to 12 machining units. Up to 32 to 48 tools can be mounted based on the version chosen. Dedicated station for part rotation.

Machining can be divided and optimized, providing shorter cycle times, even when there are multiple machining steps on the rear of the part.
